Tofu coated in a “spicy chicken fry” mix and then deep fried. Served with couscous and potato salads and corn on the cob. Well nice meal for a summers night! The tofu I bought was a bit on the soft side so was melt in the mouth once fried. Would try again with another brand/frozen then thawed to see if can get it more chewy. Marinated the tofu first, was a mish mash of sesame oil, hendos, ketchup, chilli sauce and can’t remember what else.
