fried chickin pt 2

Nom. Used a firmer tofu this time. Didn’t have time to marinate it but still was tasty addictive. Potato salad with tiny potatoes that had been grown at work (did notice difference in taste!), spinach, and pickled carrots that Fiona made me. The ketchup got left there, took away from the tasty spicy fried goodness.
