Well, a lot healthier than our usual processed sausage type brunch anyway.

Sweet potato hash with five spice and watercress from VWAV, simple lentil dish, seeded batch toast. Mmm. I also made the hash yesterday but got no photos. This time I added the potatoes first instead of the onion/garlic, since on the first go they ended up completely burnt. Other than that I liked the recipe. The lentils are just canned, added to sautéed onion and garlic with a bit of soy and lemon juice. So simple but really satisfying, can see myself going to this when need something non trashy but have no time to cook properly.
