MoFo Day 4 – Parsnip Cakes

Just a quick post before I set off to work.

Boil and mash some parsnips, let em cool before adding chopped spring onions and enough flour to get a doughy texture, fry and eat! I dipped mine in some of yesterday’s coconut sauce, which has gone solid and grainy in our too-cold fridge.
